Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certificate preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and organize dish storage and washing areas.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, and pans.
• Complete general cleanup of kitchen and dining areas and maintain equipment.
• Maintain dish machine, sinks, and sanitation logs.
• Transport meals safely to the CFL neighborhood and return carts promptly.
• Assist cooks with basic food preparation as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and follow SDS guidelines.
• Ensure a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
