Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, work areas, equipment, and utensils in sanitary condition.

Essential Duties:

• Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes by hand or in machines, ensuring cleanliness.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area clean and organized, complies with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops floors, washes prep surfaces, removes trash, and assists with supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
