• Location: Sodo Culinary - 360 Corporate Drive North, Tukwila, WA 98188. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, work areas, equipment, and utensils in sanitary and orderly condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes by hand or using machines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed.
• Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area clean and safe.
• Sweeps and mops floors, washes surfaces, and removes trash.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists in loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
