Job summary

The Reserve at Mills Farm is looking for a Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, including dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies in dining areas.

This is a Full-Time opportunity with a shift from 11a-7p and includes weekends, emphasizing sanitation, efficiency, and teamwork in a care-focused community dining program.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dishwasher or wait staff preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and assist with tasks.
• Time management and attention to detail.
• High school diploma is a plus.
• Available to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china).
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately.
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock and place orders when necessary.
• Check washing machines' operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues.

Our Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, but not limited to dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies. The Dishwasher is also responsible for janitorial duties in various dining services areas such as Dining Room, Bistro and other areas associated as a Dining Activity.
