Job summary

The Barn Resort in Gettysburg area is seeking friendly, hardworking dishwashers to join our restaurant team.

You will load, wash and unload dishes, perform general cleaning, restock supplies, and assist with waste disposal. Maintain a clean, safe kitchen and support fellow staff during busy shifts. A positive, team-first attitude is essential.

No prior experience required—training is provided. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Loading the dishwasher with dirty dishes, washing them, and unloading clean dishes.
• General cleaning tasks such as mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, glass and mirrors, dusting, vacuuming.
• Assisting with emptying trash from various spaces in the restaurant.
• Assisting with refilling dispensers (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) in different areas of the restaurant.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working cooperatively with the team.

The Farmhouse Restaurant, located inside The Barn Resort is now hiring dishwashers to join our team!

What We're Looking For

What You'll Be Doing

• Loading the dishwasher with dirty dishes, washing them, and unloading clean dishes
• General cleaning tasks as assigned by your supervisor, which may include, but are not limited to mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, glass and mirrors, dusting, vacuuming.
• Assisting with emptying the trash from various spaces in the restaurant
• Assisting with refilling dispensers (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) in various spaces of the restaurant
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working cooperatively with the rest of the team!
