Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Culinary Services to keep residents satisfied with dining.
• Keep kitchen clean, safe, and sanitary at all times.
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment per policy and procedures.
• Maintain dish room area neat, clean, and sanitary.
• Sweep and mop floors; manage trash and disposal.
• Check dish machine at shift start for chemicals and refill as needed.
• Maintain dish machine sanitation and ppm levels after meals.
• Record temperature and sanitation levels in logs before meals.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules as assigned.
• Assist with transporting and storing food and supplies.
• Assist cooks and wait staff as requested.
• Assist with events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Attend pre-meal stand-up in kitchen prior to service.
• May perform other duties as needed.

The Experience Senior Living Team is comprised of dynamic professionals that are fueled by their passion to empower people as they grow older to live life to the fullest. We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our amazing team!

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs
• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures
• Maintain dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner
• Keep kitchen floors clean (sweeps and mops) and trash emptied
• Check dish machine at the beginning of each shift for chemicals and refill as needed
• Maintain dish machine after each meal by thoroughly cleaning and maintaining sanitizing temperatures and parts per million levels
• Record temperature and sanitation levels into the temperature logs before each meal
• Adhere to cleaning schedules as assigned
• Assist with the transportation and storage of food and supplies
• Assist cooks and wait staff as requested
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals
• Attend pre-meal stand up in kitchen prior to meal service
• May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned
