Job summary
The Reserve at Mills Farm in Apex, NC is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our dining services in the Dining Room, Bistro and related areas. Responsibilities include washing dishes, polishing utensils, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
This full-time position offers a consistent 11:00 AM–7:00 PM shift with weekend work, opportunities for advancement, and benefits including health, 401(k), PTO and disability coverage.
Qualifications
- Work experience as a Dishwasher or on Wait Staff.
- Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed.
- Time management skills.
- Attention to detail and sanitation rules.
- High school diploma is a plus.
- Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china)
- Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and place orders when necessary
- Check washing machines' operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
