Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen areas in sanitary condition.

Responsibilities:

• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or machine, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to procedures.
• Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keep dish area organized and safe.
• Clean floors, worktables, walls, and food prep surfaces.
• Remove and dispose of trash properly.
• Transfer supplies and assist with loading/unloading.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
