We are hiring immediately for a full-time DISHWASHER position.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes by hand or using machines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays based on procedures.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed.
• Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area orderly and safe.
• Sweeps and mops floors; cleans work surfaces and appliances.
• Removes and disposes of trash properly.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists in loading and unloading supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
