Job Summary

Summary: Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils.

Essential Duties:

• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or in machines, ensuring sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to procedures.
• Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper chemical and temperature levels.
• Keep dish area clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and sanitize cans.
• Transfer supplies, load/unload deliveries, and perform other duties as assigned.
