• Location: Mercedes Benz Financial Services - 14372 Heritage Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76177. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in sanitary condition.

Essential Duties:

• Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes by hand or using machinery to ensure cleanliness.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains proper chemical and temperature levels.
• Keeps dish area clean and organized, complies with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops floors, washes prep surfaces, and manages trash removal.
• Transfers supplies, helps load/unload supplies, and performs other duties as assigned.
