Job summary

Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living in New Providence, New Jersey is hiring utility workers and dishwashers for full-time evening shifts to keep the kitchen running smoothly. You will maintain cleanliness, assist with stock and inventory, and work safely with PPE. Candidates should have prior kitchen or service experience and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Join our team of utility workers and dishwashers to keep our kitchen running seamlessly. Your efforts will enhance efficiency and elevate our culinary creations, making you a vital member of our dynamic crew.

Schedule: Full Time Evening Shift (out by 9PM!)

How you will make an impact

• Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas
• Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
• Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE)

What you will need

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and schedules.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers.
