Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living in New Providence, New Jersey is hiring an entry-level dining associate. The role offers evening and day shifts with weekend and holiday availability, no late nights, and hours that fit student schedules.

You will learn menu items, serve residents and guests, record orders with accuracy, and deliver a welcoming dining experience. Must be at least 16; previous experience is not required; compensation ranges from $16 to $18 per hour.

Schedules Available

Evening Shift 4:00PM - 8:00PM
Day Shift 11:00AM - 3:00PM (must be at least 18 years old)

Both Shifts Require Weekend & Holiday Availability.

• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences
