Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking team members for Lantern Hill in New Providence, NJ to support kitchen and dining operations. You will help maintain organization and cleanliness across kitchen, dining and storage areas, assist with inventory, receiving, and stocking, and follow safety protocols to protect yourself and colleagues.

This full-time evening-shift role offers competitive benefits, a schedule ending by 9 PM, and opportunities for growth within a growing senior living network.

Qualifications

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow written instructions and schedules.

• Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking.
• Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE).

How you will make an impact
