+ Location: Resolute Hospital - 555 Creekside Crossing, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machines, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures.
3. Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and techniques.
4. Ensures compliance with safety procedures.
5. Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
6. Keeps the dish area orderly and safe.
7. Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet sanitation standards.
8. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
9. Removes trash and maintains waste containers.
10. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
11. Assists in loading and unloading supplies and products.
12. Performs additional duties as assigned.
