Job Description

Starting Salary: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Full Time - Varied Schedule

As a Dishwasher, experience is preferred; however, the ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands wet – literally! The Dishwasher position is responsible for ensuring the kitchen team has clean pots to prepare delicious, homecooked meals and dishware to deliver the meals to residents. The residents’ dining experience begins with you!

• Wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for the reset of the dining room.
• Clean the dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning the dishwasher, and shining stainless steel.
• Sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas, and other areas related to the kitchen.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• Must be a self-starter.
• Ability to communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, and move frequently during work hours.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. and push or pull up to 40 lbs.
