• Location: Capital Group - 12811 North Meridian Street, Carmel, IN 46032. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in dishwashing machines, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays as per procedures.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follows safety procedures diligently.
• Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area organized and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors regularly.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and sanitizes trash cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists in loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
