Job Summary

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, and work areas in sanitary condition.

Essential Duties

1. Scrape and rinse dishes, wash by hand or in dishwashing machine, ensuring sanitation.
2. Wash pots, pans, and trays as per procedures.
3. Polish silverware using appropriate equipment.
4. Follow safety procedures and maintain proper chemical and temperature levels.
5. Keep dish area clean and organized; sweep and mop floors.
6. Clean work surfaces and remove trash.
7. Transfer supplies and assist with loading/unloading.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
