Job summary

True Food Kitchen is hiring a dishwasher to support our fast-paced kitchen operations. You will operate and maintain the dish machine, ensure sanitation, and help keep tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils clean and organized.

The role offers part-time or full-time schedules with a focus on reliability and team-first attitude. Previous dishwashing or kitchen exposure is a plus, and the position emphasizes cleanliness, stamina, and flexibility in a high-volume setting with dining discounts

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfort standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues.
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas.
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
