Job summary

True Food Kitchen seeks a dedicated dishwasher to keep our kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service. You will operate the dish machine, maintain sanitation, and assist with deliveries and stock as needed.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, can stand for long periods, and are reliable and hardworking with a strong commitment to cleanliness. Flexible AM/PM shifts and both part-time and full-time options available.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfort standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
