Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking a dishwasher to keep tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils clean and ready for service. You will operate a dish machine, assist with prep areas, and help maintain sanitary conditions across the kitchen and dining areas.

The role supports a fast-paced restaurant environment with flexible shifts (AM/PM/mid-day) and opportunities for growth. Part-time or full-time schedules may be available, with benefits through partner programs for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus; helpful but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfort standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues.
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas.
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
