Job summary

P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Dishwashers to support our busy kitchen. Positions available full-time or part-time. Starting pay ranges from $18.50 to $21.50 per hour, with benefits including discounts, training, and opportunities for advancement.

Dishwashers will maintain a clean, sanitized dish area, operate the industrial dishwasher, and assist kitchen staff during peak times. A valid Food Handler’s Card is required and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to learn about chemicals used in the building and how to use them properly.

Responsibilities

• Operates an industrial dishwasher.
• Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils and maintain dish area.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly conditions.
• Clean food prep areas, facilities or equipment and practice proper sanitation.
• Place clean dishes and utensils in storage areas.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles.
• Assist prep cook and kitchen staff during peak times.
• Load or unload trucks delivering supplies.
• Perform opening, closing and side work.
• Clean spills or broken glassware immediately.
