Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Dishwasher at the University of Maine at Fort Kent. You will support kitchen and facility operations by keeping areas clean, sanitized, and organized throughout food production and service spaces. You may assist with setup and breakdown tasks as needed.

Workdays are Weekdays with morning and afternoon/evening shifts. Full-time, $15–$16 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety concepts.
• No related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or via dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors; remove trash.
• Restock supplies and cleaning materials.
• Walk or stand for extended periods; may lift up to 50 pounds.
