Job summary

P.F. Chang's in Augusta, GA is hiring a Dishwasher to maintain a safe, clean dish area and support a busy kitchen. You will wash and sanitize all wares, keep the dish room organized, and assist during peak times to help the team run smoothly.

The position offers a pay range of $13.00–$16.00 per hour, part-time or full-time availability, and benefits including on-the-job training, discounts on meals, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
Able to communicate effectively with team members.
Learn chemical handling and safe usage.
Ability to work in warm kitchen environments.

Responsibilities

Operate an industrial dishwasher.
Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, and sanitize utensils.
Maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas.
Clean food preparation areas and equipment.
Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
Store dishes and cooking equipment properly.
Empty trash receptacles and keep disposal areas clean.
Assist prep cooks during peak times.
Load/unload trucks delivering supplies.
Perform opening, closing and side work.
