Job summary

PF Chang’s China Bistro is hiring a Dishwasher to ensure a safe, sanitized dish area for staff and guests. Responsibilities include washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting kitchen staff during peak times. Opportunity for growth and a team-centered dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Learn about all chemicals used in the building and how to use them properly.

Responsibilities

• Operates an industrial dishwasher.
• Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, sanitize utensils and maintain areas of the restaurant.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly conditions.
• Execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Load or unload trucks delivering food or supplies.
