PF Changs China Bistro is hiring a Dishwasher to maintain a safe, sanitized dish area for staff and guests. You will wash and sanitize all dishware, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, keeping the dish room clean and organized.

Responsibilities include operating an industrial dishwasher, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, and assisting kitchen staff during peak times while ensuring proper sanitation and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Must possess a current Food Handler's Card, where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsabilités

• Operates an industrial dishwasher.
• Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils and maintain all areas of the restaurant.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly conditions.
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities or equipment.
• Execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Place clean dishes, utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles.
• Support prep cook and kitchen staff during peak times.
