Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a Dishwasher to keep the kitchen spotless and supplies stocked, enabling smooth service and memorable meals. You’ll follow routines, maintain a clean workspace, and support the kitchen team to ensure guests experience uncompromising hospitality.

We offer a compensation range of $15.40–$19.00 per hour, flexible schedules, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean and organized dish area at the start of each shift.
• Follow daily routines and keep cleaning checklists up to date.
• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift.
• Keep back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe.
• Break down and remove garbage and boxes to designated areas.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to move supplies efficiently.
