You will operate a 3-compartment sink to clean dishes, prepware, and dough trays, and perform general cleaning tasks as assigned by the MOD. The ideal candidate works hard, stays reliable, and maintains a positive attitude. You should be able to stand for long periods, bend repeatedly, and follow health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Remove food from plates
• Prerinse dishes, glasses, and tableware
• Put items away in proper areas
• Sweep and mop floors
• Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Participate in team meetings
• Perform other cleaning duties, as assigned
