• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and solutions, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains proper chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and disposes of it in designated containers.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Helps load and unload supplies and product.
