Job summary

Levy Sector at the Spokane Convention Center & Arena is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain clean dishes and prep areas in a fast-paced setting. You will wash dishes, pots, and trays, keep the kitchen sanitary, and support load/unload of supplies while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures; ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate tools; maintains safety and sanitation standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Removes trash and manages waste disposal.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Helps load and unload supplies and product.
