Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine.
• Polishes silver and maintains cleanliness of associated equipment.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
