Levy Sector at Mammoth Mountain is seeking a part-time morning Dishwasher starting November 2026. Pay ranges from $20 to $21 per hour. Duties include washing dishes, pots, pans and utensils, maintaining sanitary kitchen areas, and complying with safety standards.

The role supports overall kitchen operations in a fast-paced venue environment and offers a pathway to growth within Compass Group USA’s Levy Sector. This position is on-site at Mammoth Mountain.

Qualifications

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen and utensils in sanitary condition.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains chemical levels as per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and clean to ensure sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in a dishwasher.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and maintains cleanliness.
• Polishes silver using specified equipment and procedures.
