Qualifications

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas and utensils in sanitary condition.
• Adheres to safety procedures and cleanliness standards.
• Operates dishwashing equipment and hand-washes when required.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses a dishwasher.
• Washes pots, pans and trays as required.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment.
• Keeps dish area orderly and safe.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Loads and unloads supplies and product.
