• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays and kitchen areas in a sanitary condition.
• Follows safety procedures and works well with teammates.
• Assists with load and unload of supplies as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of work surfaces and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses dishes and washes them by hand or in a machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures.
• Keeps dish area clean and organized; adheres to safety standards.
