Qualifications

• Experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dishes and cleans them thoroughly.
• Washes pots, pans and trays following procedures to ensure cleanliness.
• Polishes silverware and maintains sanitized equipment.
• Maintains kitchen and dish area in orderly condition and complies with safety standards.
• Keeps floors and work surfaces clean; assists with loading supplies.
