Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Dishwasher to support a fast-paced, hospitality-forward kitchen. You will keep the dish area organized, assist with light kitchen tasks, and help maintain a spotless back-of-house environment that enables smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with a positive attitude and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Start each shift prepared by setting up a clean and organized dish area.
• Follow daily routines and keep up with all cleaning checklists.
• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift.
• Keep the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe.
• Communicate with managers and teammates to stay ahead of kitchen needs.
