Job summary

Ponca City Development Authority is seeking a dishwasher to support our food service operations in Braman, OK. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass required background checks, and flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities include cleaning dishes, loading/unloading industrial dishwasher, maintaining sanitation, and staying organized in a fast-paced kitchen while adhering to all health and tribal regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background and drug screening per Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license.
• Flexibility to work any shift including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in hot and wet environments.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort dishware and load into industrial dishwasher.
• Hand-wash items too large for machine washing and ensure cleanliness of all dishware.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish pit, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors.
• Monitor loading cycles and adjust workflow to meet staff demands.
• Follow uniform requirements and represent KGI professionally.
• Comply with state, federal, and tribal regulations.
