You will maintain cleanliness, set up dishwashing areas, operate equipment, and ensure proper storage of clean items while supporting overall kitchen safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Set up and operate: Prepare dishwashing and pot washing areas, and operate equipment properly.
• Distribute and store: Return clean dishes and utensils to their proper storage locations.
• Clean kitchen areas: Sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and surfaces as scheduled.
• Handle waste management: Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen areas.
