Ponca City Development Authority is seeking a reliable dishwasher to join our food service team. You will ensure a steady supply of clean dishes and kitchenware, load/unload the industrial dishwasher, and assist with maintaining a sanitary, organized kitchen in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, can pass background and drug screening, and is flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background and drug screening per Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in hot, wet environments.

Responsibilities

• Clean dishes and kitchenware to ensure a steady supply for service.
• Prioritize loads, hand-wash items too large for machines.
• Load the dishwasher and place items to dry after washing.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish area, refrigerators and floors.
• Assist with trash removal and overall kitchen organization.
• Communicate clearly with team to maintain smooth operation.
