P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Dishwasher to maintain a safe and sanitized kitchen environment. You will wash and sanitize all ware, keep the dish room clean, and support kitchen staff during peak times.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service etiquette and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operates an industrial dishwasher.
• Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, and sanitize utensils and equipment.
• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas and equipment.
• Assist prep cook and other kitchen staff during peak times.
• Load/unload trucks delivering food or supplies.
• Open/close duties and side work; manage spills promptly.
