True Food Kitchen in Raleigh, North Hills, is seeking a dishwashing teammate to help keep the restaurant clean and efficient during service. You’ll operate the dish machine, wash and rotate ware, and support the kitchen by maintaining sanitation and organization.

Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required; the role suits reliable, hardworking individuals who can stand for long periods in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine and ensure sanitation.
• Wash, store, and rotate tableware, cookware, glassware and utensils.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items.
• Keep the dish room, kitchen, restrooms and prep areas clean and organized.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Support team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
