Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking a diligent dishwasher to keep dishware and kitchen areas spotless for service. You will operate the dish machine, hand-wash when needed, rotate and store tableware, and assist with restocking to support smooth operations.

Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, and candidates should be comfortable standing for long periods in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Flexible AM/PM shifts and part-time or full-time schedules are available.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues.
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas.
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
