Responsibilities include sanitizing wares, assisting with basic prep when needed, and adhering to health and safety guidelines. This role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial equipment.
• Keep kitchen areas clean including sinks, counters, floors, and trash areas.
• Store clean items properly in designated areas.
• Monitor supplies and alert manager when inventory is low.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep or other tasks as required.
• Follow health and safety regulations including chemical handling.
• Report equipment malfunctions or hazards to supervisor immediately.
• Support team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations.
