Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and surrounding spaces.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Assist kitchen staff by collecting dirty or used items from prep areas, service stations, or events.
• Operate dishwashing machinery and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Follow all venue policies and procedures regarding safety and cleanliness.
• Support team members in maintaining an efficient and collaborative kitchen environment.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the culinary or management team.
