Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory in Anaheim is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to join our high-volume kitchen team. You will be responsible for washing, sanitizing, and organizing dishes and kitchen tools, supporting efficient back-of-house operations and ensuring cleanliness throughout shifts.

Candidates should have experience in dishwashing or food service, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and commit to safe sanitation practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant dishwashing or back-of-house operations preferred.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and proper equipment use.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, adaptable, and dedicated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, plates, glassware, cutlery, kitchen tools, pots, and pans.
• Pre-sort, soak, and rinse silverware and utensils.
• Safely load and unload a dishwashing machine.
• Work with speed, efficiency, and a sense of urgency.
• Support opening and closing tasks, including station setup and breakdown.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
• Complete utility tasks including trash removal and box breakdown.
