Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes using a commercial dishwasher.
• Sort, soak, and rinse silverware for proper cleaning.
• Load and unload the dishwashing machine safely.
• Maintain speed and accuracy in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks and station setup.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
