JOEY Restaurants in Dallas is seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team as we open a new location this summer. You will help maintain a pristine dining environment, ensure sanitary practices, and support the kitchen through fast-paced shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler permits.
• Passion for hospitality and proven ability to create world-class guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, polish, and operate the dish machine; change wash water periodically.
• Wash dishes, cutlery, glassware, and pots, then stock them in designated areas.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dish area following food safety procedures.
• Monitor wash cycles to ensure temperatures meet safety standards.
• Ensure sanitizers meet health code requirements in dish machines and sinks.
• Complete opening/closing duties to support the kitchen team.
• Follow safe usage guidelines for equipment and cleaning agents; report issues.
• Adhere to all food service safety precautions and procedures.
