JOEY Restaurants in Houston is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our kitchen team. You will set up, clean, and maintain a sanitary dish area while ensuring safety standards and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and reliability. Responsibilities include washing and organizing dishware, monitoring sanitation and temperatures, and assisting with opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain valid local/ state Food Handler permits.
• Passion for hospitality and creating world-class experiences.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Walk/stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, polish, and break down the dish machine.
• Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, and stock designated areas.
• Maintain sanitary dish area and follow safety procedures.
• Monitor wash cycles and sanitizer ppm to meet health standards.
• Complete opening/closing duties to support the kitchen team.
