JOEY Restaurants in Dallas, TX is seeking a Dishwasher to support the kitchen team and uphold a pristine, safe, and sanitary dining environment. You will wash dishes, maintain the dish area, and assist with opening/closing duties in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler permits.
• Proven track record of delivering world-class hospitality experiences.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Able to walk and stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, polish, and break down the dish machine; change the dishwater periodically.
• Wash dishes, cutlery, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and other equipment then stock and organize to their designated areas.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and cleanliness of the dish area according to health codes.
• Monitor dish machine temperatures and sanitize to required standards.
• Ensure sanitizer ppm levels comply with health codes.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties to support kitchen operations.
• Follow safe usage guidelines for kitchen equipment and cleaning products; report issues promptly.
• Follow food service and handling safety precautions.
