JOEY Restaurants in Miami is seeking a motivated Dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen and uphold a clean, sanitary dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler permits.
• Passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods; lift up to 50 lbs; perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, polish, and break down the dish machine; change the dishwater periodically.
• Wash dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and other equipment; stock and organize to designated areas.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in the dish area and ensure health code compliance.
• Monitor wash cycles and sanitizer levels to meet safety standards.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties to support kitchen operations.
